Chens Chinese Restaurant

They must overcharge you at the restaurant. On East street the dish at ordered was 10.95 even with a 10% tax it did not come to the $15+ that I was charged on my card. When I ordered I distinctly asked for soy sauce and chopsticks what I did not get. I have spent hundreds of dollars which I can provide screenshots of as well as the charge I was charged. Will no longer be a customer which is sad as my teen son worked there for a bit.

Mhk Chens The fried rice was amazing! However, I ordered chicken strips and they were literally burnt and I was not able to eat them not only that, they were chicken patties, and not only that, they were hard as a rock, then I Called them to tell them about my food and they had the nerve to tell me no it’s not burnt, stale ,or bad! I was floored especially because I just gave them my money so free and happily only for them to not even care about my food or service. I’ll never buy from this place again.

Very impressed with the portion sizes. It was a lot of food, but unfortunately I forgot the pictures of sesame chicken and shrimp fried rice. The bowl of soup was like 3x a normal bowl; however, neither of us cared for it. Besides that, everything was delicious. The price was very reasonable for the portion and flavor we got. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. Something I wasn't happy with was that we entered and sat ourselves as the sign says. No one came over. An employee was sitting down looking at us from the other side of the restaurant and an employee right behind us. I get that they're eating, though one was just talking on the phone, but they can't holler that we are waiting almost 10 minutes for help? I went to the counter asking if we can order when the man told us to sit down and I told him.. well, that's what we were doing lol. He came over and was super nice and helped us, but everyone was just sitting around relaxing and eating meanwhile we are just waiting and waiting. The food was worth this brief bump (minus the chicken and corn soup, don't recommend that).

FAST DELIVERY!! Food is good I highly recommend. Was neat and clean! Order came out perfect! No complaints. Driver who deliver was supprise about the tip. SMH. If someone is delivering your food please tip over $10. Hell gas is exspensive. Guy was supprise about tip. No need for him to be supprise, all people should be tipping like that. Either way awesome delivery guy. So sweet!! Will deffinitely get delivery from here again.

The lunch specials are a very fair price for a good amount of food, and I've never left hungry. The hot and sour soup is good, and you can tell the ingredients are fresh. The chicken and beef have always seemed tender to me, and not chewy. I am sometimes left wishing that the food was more flavorful, since it's a little bland at times. But I'll keep going here for lunch, and trying new things. The staff has always been friendly, and seemed like they cared, so that's in their favor.

I ordered shrimp lo mein, chicken fried rice and egg rolls. I was told it be a 45 minute wait. Food got here in exactly 14 minutes.......And was rancid. Chicken was soggy, extremely bland and seemed to be severely undercooked. Lo mein was tasteless and egg roles seemed to be reheated. 40 dollars down the drain. I should of just eaten ramen from home

I had no problems with the service. We got our food quickly and the help was friendly enough. As far as MHK Chinese, it was standard but MHK Chinese is disappointing. They’re egg rolls that were supposed to come with the meal were tiny spring rolls and the chicken tenders were basically deep fried deli sliced chicken for $8. Cheap.
